Bokeh Photography – a source of inspirational photography

About Bokehlicious

First up, What’s Bokeh?

In short, bokeh (pronounced: boh, like like “ba” in ball – keh, like the “ke” in kettle) is Japanese translation of the word, “blur”. Bokeh in photography refers to an image that uses a shallow depth of field to create an out of focus look. Done right, well.. just check out the blog 😉

Behind The Lens

Paula Lay My name is Paula Lay, and I’m an enthusiast photographer and Internet Communications student. This photoblog is an educational outlet that delves into my passion for photography. Happily snapping for much of the past decade, my creative and experimental ways have delved me in the land of Do-It-Yourself bokeh. Through personal experiences and completion of photography and digital imaging courses through RMIT, starting Bokehlicious seemed a natural blog to start up, share tips and help others create interesting, fun and unique images.
